My complaint:
I was checking they couldn’t figure out how to put my phone number in for my digital coupons. So she was going to put in manually. She was taking 4.00 off gain liquid detergent. Which would make it 11.95. She put 12.95 when I told her that was wrong she yelled at me. Now I can’t do laundry. Till Friday because lady that was sitting with my elderly grandmother has to go so no laundry done till Friday. And my Grandmother won’t get her favorite cookies. It’s ok I’ll never ever go back.
Suggested solution:
Spoke to me nicely. I understand new register but she shouldn’t have been hateful.
