My complaint:
First one carts full of products in aisles. Shelfs empty. Cards without envelopes. No help to wait on or help find items. Waiting to check out while the help is in the room behind check out counter. This is a BRAND NEW STORE GRAND OPENING LAST SUMMER. It is a disgrace in our small town of 2000 people which most are leaving and going to WALMART in OSKaloosa or Ottumwa both being 30 miles from Sigourney. I have been to this store over a two week to get vitamins that they have always had. I belive they are in the boxes of vitamins in the boxes that are blocking the aisles.
Suggested solution:
Fix the PROBLEM by NEW MANAGEMENT. If this can't be done please check your revenue with other stores in towns our size.
