My complaint:
Two female employees (one was a young Black and the other was either white or Hispanic) that worked on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at approximately 2:00 pm were EXTREMELY RUDE. They were holding private conversations about other places where they previously were employed while I was standing in line waiting to be checked out. When I made my presence known by making a huge sigh (they saw me the entire time) the white or Hispanic employee made a snide remark as if I were experiencing some sort of medical emergency. Then said Did someone say next?’ to which I replied I’d like to be checked out.
Suggested solution:
Hold some sort of training class in PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
