My complaint:
I LOVE TO AND WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP AT DOLLAR GENERAL, BUT WHEN YOU HAVE A LINE O 20-30 PEOPLE WAITING TO CHECK OUT AND ONLY ONE REGISTER WORKING AND THE ONE THAT WORKS HAS PROBLEM WITH CREDIT CARDS HAS TO CONTINUALLY BE REBOTTED AND IT STILL WANT WORK. THIS IS REALLY AGGRAVTING TO THE CUSTOMERS STANDING IN LINE WAITING TO CHECK-OUT.
Suggested solution:
SEND OR REPLACE THE CARD READERS AND THE REGISTERS THAT ARE MALFUNCTING
