My complaint:
Cashier insisted I pick up a swimming pool to read bar code. Ok, but then asked me to turn over a bag of charcoal that i laid on the counter, because she needed the bar code. I was wrestling with the large swimming pool and trying to make the cashier happy, then I hear from the cashier that she had a back surgery and she simply could not flip over a bag of charcoal while I was managing a trick pool. She did not know that i too, the customer, had also had back surgery and was wrestling with no help these items and here she is working and cannot flip over a bag for the bar code. I was very upset, and walked out in pain.
Suggested solution:
Give her a good talking to that the customer comes first or fire her for not being able to flip over a bag of charcoal on the counter.
