My complaint:
Arrived at 8:30 pm 772022 and auto doors didn’t open. The sign said open until 10:00 pm every night. All lights were on inside the store but, I didn’t see anyone inside. I stood outside the door for about 30 minutes waiting for someone to show up. I was concerned and called, what I thought was the Rincon Dollar General, but it was the wrong one. The person on the other end said she was going to call that store to see what the problem could be. In the meantime, the employee walked by and ignored me standing outside the door. When she walked by again, she rudely yelled that they were closed. This is totally unacceptable for an employee to act like that. There were many more customers that had to turn away due to the doors locked two hours earlier than noted. I considered calling 911 to make sure all inside the store were ok.
Suggested solution:
Set and abide by the standards of the store. If the store closes early, put a sign on the door saying so. Discipline employees for their actions. Where was this employee for the 30 minutes that I stood outside the door?
