My complaint:
Every store in the town of Rockport TX has horrible customer service. Only 1 employee and a manager working and the manager sits on their butt in the office and never comes out . The employees are never at the checkout and you have to track them down to check out and when you can’t find them the manager still won’t help. The employee leaves the checkout with a long line of people to go do something non related. It is awful. The one store in the middle of town has a leak in the roof and it has been leaking for a year. They are doing NOTHING!!! Water leaks all over the floor and the store stinks like mold. Many customers have fallen . I witnessed more than one myself.
Suggested solution:
Dollar general upper management needs to visit these stores and take corrective action especially the leaking store. This has to be breaking some kind of building safety code.
