My complaint:

Contacted Dodo one month ago for broadband. Got into my new house today and no broadband for at least another 10 days. Agent seem to apply the ‘not really my fault abd couldn’t care less attitude’. Raw incompetence in my opinion.

Suggested solution:

Nothing. You stuffed up. And I have no choice other tha. Voicing my complain to every single channel of regulator, media, shareholder I can find. And I will!!!!
