My complaint:

I was living in Sydney at the time in a flat house with my husband and our landlord had told us that she has already connected gas and electricity in our house with red energy and I had called dodo to connect my wifi but Dodo didn’t ask for my permission or the permission of our landlord and came by and connected anyway and ended up cutting off our nextdoor neighbours wifi so I called to cancel my wifi then I had gotten a call from one of the representatives of Dodo asking me to pay my gas and electricity bill but it was for the wrong address my address was 24A Fraser Rd Canley Vale not 24 Fraser Rd Canley Vale so Dodo hadn’t contacted my landlord and connected without permission yet AGAIN!! so I refuse to pay a bill that I did not ask for let alone the landlord lady isn’t responding to any of my calls or texts so she expects me to pay for her bill when it’s her address

Suggested solution:

Drop the bill since they weren't given permission to connect from my landlord as I have been paying for red energy and to stop credit control black mailing me to pay for a bill that is not me or my address
