My complaint:
I rang dodo to close my electricity account from June 7 as I will be moving house and no longer required the account. However, today I got electricity bill from 19 may to june 19 which is very high and I am not even living in that unit from June 7. I rang customer care, they said it has not been closed yet and she will arrange yo close it within 10 business days with final bill. You can hear my recordings where I call the customer care to close my electricity and Internet account on June. I don’t remember the exact date.
I am not entitled to pay any bill from june 7 as I have already left that property on that date. Could you please investigate?

Fix my electricity bill which is very high and I even am not living in that property anymore.
