My complaint:
You can see my Disney+ subscription expired on 17/10/2023. I have never resubscribed
I cannot access my account to change anything and when I call the customer service helpline they say they cannot cancel on the phone.
I have raised a fraud concern with my bank and they have returned my money for a couple of months but not payment taken on 17/01/24 of £10.99 Disney make it extremely difficult to cancel and will do nothing to help.
Suggested solution:
Stop fraudulently taking my money when I don’t watch Disney.
