My complaint:
I have a disney subscription with no ads. I am paying the extra to remove ads but the shows that come up still show ads. To make it worse, I have a kids profile set up for my son. I added his date of birth and set parental control for age appropriate shows. but the shows he is watching have at least 4 commercials in them and none of them are age appropriate. why is the cartoon with a rating of TV13 have ads for Absolute vodka, covid testing, mobile gambling, online dating and a scantily clad upcoming artist ? I went through the process of setting up profiles to protect my child, paying the additional cost to not see commercials but none of that is effective. so essentially I am throwing money at a useless service. even cable TV has more regulation with their children programming and does not cost as much. this needs to be dealt with pronto as I am very unsatisfied with this service.

fix the inappropriate ads on children shows
