My complaint:
I was trying to speak to a supervisor about my reception. Called Sunday and was told to call back on Monday. Monday the woman I spoke with was rude and lied. Her name isLuisa OPID 58E. Told me I could not speak to a supervisor would not allow me to talk to anyone else. I had to call back again and them I was able to speak to a supervisor. She was very rude
