My complaint:
I have been a satisfied customer for years! But I no longer want this service so I tried to cancel online but there is no feature for this…what the hell? Ok…so I called the numbers to cancle from their site…waited over 30 minutes the first time….really who has time for this? I hung up…I did cancel my auto pay….I waited another week called again…same pattern…made me wait over 30 minutes…i hung up…I called the corporate office to talk to a rep….wow…their autmated response never leads you to a real person…what a racket! After I compalin here I am also going to report to FCC govt office.
I think they OWE me for last 2 months payments!
Suggested solution:
Cancel my subsciption with no back payments due! I tried to cancel but can't reach anyone.
Also answer the damn phone!
