Dish Network complaint: Replacing equipment they say is outdated

My complaint:

There is a notice on the TV that we need to replace our receiver because it is outdated.

Our receiver has been working fine and we don’t want to make changes. Now they want to replace it with a hopper and Sling TV. We don’t want that. They have turned off our local channels and scheduled a month out installation date.

Suggested solution:

Leave us with want we have and return our local stations.
