My complaint:
I am not very happy, i have been a loyal customer for over 8 years, and when i try and use DISH ANYWHERE on my PC, it says that Microsoft Edge is not compatible with DISH services, and I have to download Chrome or Safari. I DO NOT want to download these programs. This is unacceptable for a company the size of yours. The amount of money you make is more than adequate to hire 1 or 2 persons to develop this. Please make your services compatible for ANY web browser on ANY device.
Suggested solution:
Do what I told you to do in the above said complaint. Or i will leave DISH NETWORK, and go to another dish based TV provider.
