My complaint:

HELLO I HAD PURCHASED DISH NETWORK BACK IN SEPT 2021 AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT BAD ISSUES WITH YOUR COMPANY.,I HAD SIGNED A 2 YEAR LOCK IN CONTRACT WITH YOU ALL.AND I AM SUPPOSED TO PAY 87.03 A MONTH.AND THEN WHEN I LOOKED AT MY BILL YOU PEOPLE DECIDE TO INCREASE MY BILL TO 121.00 I DONT THINK SO.NEITHER ME OR MY HUSBAND APPROVED TO HAVE THE DATE CHANGED.NO ONE ELSE LIVES WITH US,AND AS OF 12082021 MY SERVICES WERE TURNED OFF..I AM GETTING TIRED OF BEING LIED TO FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES THAT ANSWER THE PHONE THEY ARE NOT HELPING MY ISSUES..I WANT THE HIGHER MANAGEMENT TO CALL ME..YOU PEOPLE NEED TO FIX THIS ISSUE…THANK YOU SINCERELY BONNIE COLE.
