My complaint:
I pay over $150.00 A month for my programming. Every Thursday we look forward to watching the new show Ghost. Last Thursday and this Thursday and probably for the next several weeks you’ve had basketball on. We don’t watch basketball. Several Television providers have an alternate channel for people to continue watching Ghost. Why don’t you? If your not going to provide an alternate channel then you should reduce my dish bill. Its not right that you show sports on a channel that’s been showing a,much watched show. Not everyone watches sports. Put my paid programming back on.
Suggested solution:
Put my program on an alternate channel. In order to follow the program it needs to be watched every week.
