My complaint:
You have never sent me a bill and in Oct,2021 I called and paid bill and gave credit card information for for automatic with drawall for bills from Dish. You did not with draw and then message me that my bill was over due in Dec. 2021.I have never received a bill in the mail so I don’t even know my account number or when bill is due and you charged me a overdue bill because whoever took my info didn’t do their job correctly
Suggested solution:
Refund me over due payment or I can go back to Directv anytime
