Dish Network complaint: Charging my card 9 extra times

My complaint:

In june of this year dish network ran my card 9 times for payments that they were not authorized to do. They caused me to be overdrawn 267.00 and when I spoke to them about this issue they wanted me to provide proof and also they talked to my bank about this and that the one payment did go through and they have shut down my services. They have been treating me like a 2 year child and that is one thing that I am not.

Suggested solution:

Credit my account the 267.00 and restore my services and quit charging me for services that I can't watch. They also need to put themselves in seniors positions to see how they would like to be treated
