My complaint:

I have been assigned of rep payee because Jon L Beach 529961568 DOB 12-13-62 card number that needs activated 5332 4801 5956 9815 103124 ccv 036 pin 1219, Jon has been deemed unfit to handle his finances or anything for that mentally ght now, he is in a facility to get his meds balanced. I have tu in my ID, A COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE, A COPY OF HIS CARD BEFORE I WAS REP OF PAYEE AND COPY OF MY CARD AFTER I BECAME REP PAYEE, I HAVE TURNED IN THE REP PAYEE APPROVAL LETTER FROM SSA, I HAVE TURNED IN DURABLE POWER OF ATTORNEY, I HAVE TURNED IN REGULAR POWER OF ATTORNEY AND REP OF PAYEE THAT WAS NOTARIZED BEFORE I WAS APPOINTED BY SSA, I HAVE TURNED IN THERAPIST LETTER STATING Jon is incapable of making financial decisions mentally right now, i have turned it in over and over again and your company refuses to activate his card so we can have access to his funds so I can pay his bills, all your company has done since August is drive me further into debt, this isn’t right nor is it fair, your customer service agents are ignorant, unknowledgeable, unhelpful, and rude. I have every piece of paper you could use to show i have authority to activate the card and your company refuses to do so and very quick to blame SSA, WHEN THIS IS A YOU PROBLEM NOT A THEM PRBLEM.
