Direct Express complaint: Will not let me log in

My complaint:

This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks where I have had to call Direct Express because when I tried to log in, it would not accept my password. Both times the techs were not able to help me and put in a ticket. Both times this occured on a Saturday. No one bothered to inform me that it would be 3-4 days before I would be contacted. Also, when someone from Direct Express does contact me, it shows New York Blood on my phone. I almost didn’t answer my phone. I gave up on trying to log in on my laptop and downloaded the app to my phone. So far the app is working fine.

Suggested solution:

Techs obviously need to be educated more on how to help the customer on the first attempt! Something as simple as resetting my password, (email never went through when I tried this) should not have to take 3-4 days to get resolved.
