My complaint:
On April 30, 2020 I was billed ×2 by the Plumber. I contacted DE to dispute the transaction on May 1st. After being on hold for 2 hours the associate said he did not see the transaction and hung the phone up. Today is May 6th, I have made several calls to DE and have waited on hold for several hours to have the associate hang the phone up on me once again. DE Customer Service is horrible, unprofessional, and uncaring.
Suggested solution:
Dispute the transaction so my funds can be returned to my account. Stop hanging up on customer's
