My complaint:
Back in Oct my account was hacked. Took months of back and forth to get anywhere. Money was returned then taken at random times. Finally a very nice woman helped and all my money was returned. Now Jan 20 over 300 was taken again by direct express as a debit. Tried calling the number that helped before get no call back. Tried calling number on card and says they have higher then normal call volume. I have received the letters that the case is closed so how can they just take money whenever they want? I would like my money back and to stop having random amounts be taken out by them every single month since I’ve been hacked.
Suggested solution:
Stop taking money ever month, call people back especially when you know I've been dealing with this for 4 months.
