My complaint:

Direct express is withholding access to my funds and not accepting my information for id. I gave my social security card, May statement, EBT card and several other things for proof of Identity. And all have been refuse. And I have to pay compound interest to my landlord because of direct express not shipping my new card. And my electric bill is not paid nor my gas bill. And that is making my credit score go down
