Direct Express complaint: They are thieves and liars

My complaint:

These people have stole over $1000 from me and they’re trying to get another $39.99 I resolved this with the company. I got a adjustable bed and mattress from Amazon. It was defeated and I talked with them. Amazon said they didn’t want it back due to covid and the situation of it weighing tons. So they told me to get rid of it. And they’ll refund the money. I talked with some people today and they say they don’t have the money. Best Buy as well didn’t get the money I ordered for a TV. Viviscal also refund my money Direct express trying to steal that as well. July 2021 direct express took all my money leaving me with nothing I couldn’t pay my bills or anything and they didn’t care at all. When a dispute is resolved the sellers supposed to get their money or the customer get the money. Either one of us has the money. Every time I asked Direct Express about first thing they do is lie and say they don’t have the money the merchant does. Which Amazon and Best Buy does not!!! I don’t either. This has been going on too long and they’re greedy and stealing people money. Direct express has been sued and complained on so many times why they’re still in business!?!

Suggested solution:

Refund all my money every cent. I do have screen shots of it all but it's still being looked into.
