Direct Express complaint: Suspicious stopped me from using my card

My complaint:

I called this morning and I talked to someone, and they said that they were going to take this off if they knew it wasn’t suspicious. For some reason, after they asked me all these questions, it still won’t let me use my card, so I’ve been trying to call Direct Express and I’ve had them on my phone waiting for someone to come online for the last 5 hours. My phone is hot. I have heart problems, and others say that’s the reason why I’m on disability, but they won’t get online or on the phone for me to talk to them. and I’ve been on here for five hours and it’s stressing me out. And my heart is hurting a little bit now from stressing.

Suggested solution:

By answering the phone, It's okay to me on the phone for 5 hours waiting for me to talk to them again about the reason why they have not taken this off of my card because it was not suspicious.
