My complaint:

Well I just started getting a bank statement sent to me because I knew that my money was going somewhere so sure enough it is I’m not sure where cause the statement that I pay 75 cents for every month is not right then I call to dispute it and they transition that are not on my statement I’m miss 635.00 I live on disability I can’t afford this to continue

Suggested solution:

Give me back my money and make sure that the statement that I pay for is correct
