My complaint:
2 of July 2020 I lost my wallet, my direct express card was in there.my social security and my SSI go on that card.Someone found it and took all the money $503 dollars off my card.lam 67 years old that’s all the money I get I , filed a police report.I also called the police in the town where they took the money off of my card.l called direct express they sent me a letter from there fraud Dept they didn’t believe me.l have my bank statement it shows $503 at a Ralph’s in Garden Grove California. I have never been to Garden Grove I live in Oeanside California.
Suggested solution:
I want them to put the money back on my card. Even the police told me the bank should reimburse me.drect express could care less that was my rent money IAM now homeless I need that money IAM 67 years old I don't need to be in streets. It's to late now because I got evicted I still want that money put back on my card
