My complaint:
I have been wanting to place a dispute for a $400 ATM withdrawal that never occured on October 1, 2021 at the PNC Bank located at 2 N. 2nd Street in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. I placed my card into the machine, made my requested amount, and retrieved my card back without any incident. However, the door appeared to be jammed and never opened for me to take the money from the opening of the machine. I heard the money getting sucked back into the machine and then a message read: Alotted time expired to retrieve funds. Contact your financial institution.
