My complaint:
This company should be shut down. They are Liars. And heartless individuals who do not care about people or children. My card was blocked for fraud without contacting me or asking my permission. They refused to unblock it even after ing each step of ID information. They refused to let me speak with a person of higher ranking stating there was NOBODY in the Co higher than them. I was constantly interrupted and was not granted time to speak. I was literally told that she cod not concern herself enough to care if my children. Were hungry because they were not her children. This place is evil. Those funds are from my husband’s death not their pockets. I should have say over what is done with my card.
Suggested solution:
UNBLOCK MY CARD ASAP SO MY KIDS CAN EAT
Update still not unblocked my card. I have 0been evicted. We have scrapped up thing from the YARD to eat. We are homeless on the street. THANK YOU SO MUCH DIRECT EXPRESS.
