My complaint:

New card issued to new address i never moved and i did not request card called and told them this money was taken out of account after i let them no i did not authorize i called again they told me they would issue new card with balance to be put back on it the day came for card to arrive no card and i called back they told me that there was never a card issued but she seen complaint send id info for verificaton i did wasnt exepted so i sent more id stuff when bieng transferred call was ended it is now 10 days later im bieng evicted and have no food need help
