My complaint:
Tried for several months to update telephone and address discovering no info for security purposes didn’t match bank had on file. I have no idea why. Directions was to send photo of ID front back to docs@ my.usdirectexpress.com
I keep getting failure to deliver notices
Although my card dosnt expired until 2025 anything the bank sends is arriving somewhere.
Suggested solution:
Give me an address so to send my personal info via snailmail.
