My complaint:

Due to a direct mistake of this business my account has been overdrawn. They have told me they have expedited putting my account back in order over 3 weeks ago. The issue is a $63 dispute that was resolved in my favor. It was filed sep. 3, 2020. It has been credited to my account as warranted by their own investigation and closed. Some how it was withdrawn by them about 3 weeks ago.

In the past 3 weeks I have been told that the matter will be expedited and my funds would be redeposited as it should. They said give them 72, then a week later, two weeks ago, I was told to give them 4 more days. It is still as of this day still not resolved. I am requesting my account to be set right Immediately.
