My complaint:

On April 1st my deposit was not in my account with direct express, I called them 19 times on that day and every time I called the call was disconnected…. I also called the SS administration and they said my funds was indeed sent to direct express, and when I do get through to talk to a human they tell me it’s SS not them well I finally got the SS office to trace the funds and it is STILL in limbo at direct express so then I asked to stop payment on that check and the will now reissue one and mail it I’ll receive within 15 days…. so today I am to receive my monthly funds and low and behold it’s not there again I called and spoke to Emily she explained things do happen so if I could call 18666063311 they could probably help me so I did and when I was asked to enter my SS and my card with security code i was told NOPE THAT’S NOT THE ASSOCIATED WITH MY SS and because of that I couldn’t be helped so I called direct express back and spoke to John and explained what I was just told he said that’s impossible, and with that being said I was told i had to re-enroll and it would be on or about June 1st till I get anything, but the good thing was it’ll be in one lump sum….WTF….I need my money on April 1st , may1st it’s a monthly check not a quarterly check…… I need to eat and pay bills, my phone hasn’t been paid and now in active

I would like direct express to credit my money to my account due to the fact the SS Administration told me it was released and traced to direct express

i have the same problem the government sent my money out april 29th and i called up direct express and they are so hard to get in contact they tell that they don’t have any information on me.
