My complaint:
Ambulance took me to the hospital with sepsis were I laid in a semi coma for 2 months then having open heart surgery. While in hospital nearly everything I owned was stolen along with my bank box with my wallet, pin numbers, bank statements. They stole two months SS from my card. DIRECT EXPRESS refused to do anything because they had my stolen pin number. April 3, 2023 I received my SS but while in the hospital my SS money was gone from account. DIRECT EXPRESS REFUSED TO HELP ME BECAUSE I DONT USE EMAIL OR TEXTING. My sister wrote this review on my behalf. I’m out 5400 and lost my apartment and nearly everything I own including my late father’s gun that his grandfather gave him. RUN , DONT USE DIRECT EXPRESS YOUR OUTSOURCED and they will rob you blind
