My complaint:
I went to the ATM on reno and scott street in okla city at the 711 and put card in to receive 260.00. receipt said transaction not able to be made so I took my card out and put back in tryed again and put in for 200 dollars and recived it so i called check balance and they had taken the 260.00 off ..so i called gave all information to customers service..i was told to wait on forms they never came so i got on line..
Suggested solution:
Check the machine record's and card withdraw in and refund my funds back.
