Direct Express complaint: Horrible customer service

My complaint:

They were supposed to issue me a replacement card two weeks ago I called them and asked them since I hadn’t shown up yet to express deliver one for which they charged me $15 the car was supposed to be here within two days it’s been 4 days when I try to reach him by telephone I have no last four digits of the card number to enter when I try to get to them by using my social security number they immediately disconnect and hang up and I can’t get through any other way

Suggested solution:

You should call me so we can figure out what the problem is cuz I can't get through the proper channels to reach you and the Direct Express card should have been here two weeks ago
