My complaint:

Since COVID-19 started, I have not received any of my monthly social security payments that are accessible through this card. I’ve called and called and can never get through to a representative. I’ve sent them a letter about a year ago and have received no response.

Suggested solution:

Make my money accessible to me immediately!!!!!!
