My complaint:

I had my card stolen last month (7-13-21)and was not aware of it being gone for two days. In that two days the card was used to steal $358.93 from my account. Since that time I have called nine times to talk to someone in the fraud dept and have sat on hold for up to three hours, never reaching anyone to give the needed information to. And what o received is a notice that they found no fraud with my case. Not once could any of the investigators listened to any f my calls, or checked the notes of the operator I was able to get a hold of. Not once were the disputed transactions investigated. And to this date they still don’t have the information thats needed to make an informed decision. For ex. They don’t know the police report number. I keep calling to be transfered to a fraud dept. Which doesn’t answer phones and no one else can help me. They appear to want to alow this theif to steal from my account.

Suggested solution:

Someone should contact me as soon as possible to rectify this situation. I was not given the chance t speak to anyone and someone has dropped the ball in my case and its costing me $358.93. I want to have this decision overturned today.
