My complaint:
Direct express has failed to credit my account which has caused me to fall behind on bill pay. I habe called.repeatedly since April 2nd until 2 and 3 in the morning and get a recording as to high call.volune. This is an ongoing problem. What is the use.of direct express.if you can NEVER reach them to discuss your account. Quite frankly I have had it!!!
