Direct Express complaint: Entire SS deposit missing

My complaint:

My deposited payment by SS on 8-19-2020 was released to Direct Express account balance is $0 . Can not access any money.
Can only call with cell phone for 2 hours, no answer. When I use a land line after answering phone promps I am disconnected each time.
I have filed a complaint with US Treasury and have a reference number

Suggested solution:

Release my funds to me immediately
