My complaint:

On November and December. $131.45 Was taken from my debit card. And on may10 and may 31$106.86 was given from my debit card without my permission.when I complain about it to ,Dispute Resolution Department.That based on the facts of our investigation and the information they had available to them, they did not find that an error had occurred.Therefore no adjustment could be made.everytime someone comes up with a scam,they give away my money and tell the same lie.

Suggested solution:

Refund me my money that Direct Express took from my master card.I am filing my case with the betterbussiness bureau..,if this matter is not resolved to my satisfaction and the news reportors.
