My complaint:
I am on disability my money goes on my direct express card , on sept 3rd someone made a cash purchase of 69.87 for vital meals I don’t know what that is I never ordered that so on sept 6 I put in a dispute and twice they said they r gonna send me a form to explain what happen but I never got them but just a few days ago I get a letter saying that I made this purchase there is no error and they denied me and close my case without even hearing my said I been calling for over two months and nothing they transfer me but no one ever answers and I wali on the line for hours they and night
Suggested solution:
By hearing me out and giving me my money I didn’t do this purchase
