My complaint:
Direct Express Has frozen my account and ask me to send identification. I sent them E-Mail of my state ID both front and back. I faxed Direct Express a Certified Notarized photo ID to them. I certified a letter containing my state ID to which Direct Express signed for. Social Security ID me 3 Times in person to Direct Express.
I called Direct Express @ 1-888-741-1115 talked with a representative she told me that all that I have send for identification was NOT ACCEPTABLE and told me if I did not like it to start a bank account and forget about my Direct Express Account. My Social Security Benefits are still locked in that account.
Suggested solution:
By resolving all the problems with all Direct Express users This is a nationwide problem.
There should be a no star rating can not rate them.
