My complaint:
I have been on the phone for 3 days trying to resolve this issue with direct Express locking my card I’ve sent them a color copy of my ID as a requested by email the next day they requested another copy of my ID my birth certificate and my social security card which I provided them with still they will not unlock my card
Suggested solution:
They've received the documentation that they requested from me and they still won't unlock my card my card needs to be unlocked so I can use my benefits to pay my bills
