My complaint:
I need to speak to someone at direct express and reported my card stolen they sent a card may 19 2020 I never received it and I payed for two day delivery service. I have been calling this month everyday and have not spoken to no one today is the third of the month I get paid I need my money to pay my rent if not I will be evicted I need help from direct express a person.
Suggested solution:
Please get me a new card as soon as possible I really do need it to pay rent and if you can notify me when it\'s done I would appreciate it very much God bless you thank you
