My complaint:

I received email Friday April 4th at 3:51 and again at 3:53pm.I have emails saved saying thanks for using Direct Deposit here is my USER ID.I called several times Friday night to report this.Then I had to change my password because it said password didnt match.So tonight I go to pay my bills and I have a pending transaction for 480.48 to Venice Beach Vac.I dont know who or what this is.I called Direct Express ask to speak to supervisor was told they couldn’t do anything about it I would have to file a complaint told this by worker,I ask for Supervisor again stayed on hold for 35minutes then they hung up on my.How many people is this happening too? 6 months ago my card was charged 99.00 to somewhere in Australia said Cleaners 99.00.I was in hospital in Jonesboro Ar.Wasnt out of the country never got my money back from that.Now I cant get my medicine or pay my light bill or buy groceries.

I want my money back.Find out how people are robbing people on Disability.I barely make it on what I draw but cant now for sure.If you cant help me please tell me who can.I desperately need help.Thank you
