My complaint:

I am complaining about direct express not sending card out in a timely manner. I had my old card deactivated by mistake and they would not put it on. I have bills to pay and need it. Why can’t they hurry and send them out? Wish I had a choice

Suggested solution:

By sending the cards out faster to people so they can access their money. I keep getting different stories.
