My complaint:
Direct Express has blocked my card and I have sent an email with my ID birth certificate and Social Security card I’ve also sent a fax and even contacted Comerica bank with my complaint right now Direct Express is not answering any telephone calls and has yet to respond to my email or fax
Suggested solution:
I them to please unblock my card I am an insulin dependent diabetic I need to order my medicine my rent and other things is due yet my card remains blocked and now Direct Express is not even answering the telephone
